Monthly payments with Evezy: How it works

You’ve signed up with Evezy (woohoo!), picked up your car and you’re on your way to your next adventure. But what happens when your monthly payment is due? We’ve put together a guide on how our monthly payments work and what you should expect to see.

What happens 7 days before my renewal?

Payment is authorised from your account and not captured. You might see a ‘pending’ transaction in your account

Monthly renewal date

The pending charges from your account will be taken and you’ll receive a receipt from Evezy. On the receipt, you will see:

  • Amount paid
  • Date paid
  • Payment method
  • Summary of the payment (e.g. Evezy subscription: 12 March 2020 - 12 April 2020)


How do I get access to my full VAT receipt?

You can access your full VAT receipt when you click on your “My Account” page. From there, you can simply download the PDF.

 

 

When is my renewal date?

You can check the home screen on your Evezy app or look for our monthly emails with your subscription receipt. You can also ask our customer success team if you are unsure. 

What happens if my payment fails? 

If your payment fails, we will be in touch with you to retry the payment or book in the vehicles return in advance on your subscription renewal date.
